Communications / Administration Coordinator:

The Communications Coordinator will be supporting the Sales and Marketing Directors, as well as Senior Management staff for general admin functions and special projects.

Job Functions:

  • marketing and sales support
  • prepare correspondence / mail / email
  • phone and client reception
  • executive meeting arrangements
  • travel arrangements
  • manage office supplies

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years related experience - customer service, sales and/or admin experience preferred
  • Post-secondary degree / diploma
